What currency are your products based on?

All products in our webstore are based on the Singapore dollar currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

You can still pay via your credit or debit card. Simply follow the checkout process, key in all your credit/debit card information and your payment will be processed.
In case you don't see an option to pay with a credit card on the PayPal checkout screen, then it’s probably because PayPal has set a cookie on your computer that remembers you’ve used a PayPal account in the past. To see the option, all you need to do is remove all cookies from PayPal.com from your computer

What if I do not have a debit or credit card? But i am a local singaporean customer.

You can make payment via a local bank account transfer. Simply transfer the total amount of the items you want to our bank account.

DBS current account name "Black chamber concepts", account number: 100-901607-8. After the transfer is made, please email to shop@theblackchamber.com on the transaction reference number, the item that you request and also all your particulars. Shipping charges are waived so please exclude this fee during the transfer.

How would i know my order is recieved and processed?

Once you have made a payment, you will receive an email stating your payment was through. After we process your order, we will send you another email concerning your order and shipping status.

Can i do a pickup in your brick and mortar store?

Yes you are able to. Please print out your invoice and bring it along to pick it up in the store.

Are all your products authentic and not of any imitation?

Black Chamber is the sole exclusive authorised dealer for all the brands that we carry, all products are legitimate and we are listed as the authorised dealer in many of our suppliers stockist list.

Can i cancel a order after it has been made? Also can i exchange my other items if it doesnt fit me or if i dont like it?

Yes, you can cancel your order even after payment is made. Simply email us about it before we ship it out and payment can be refunded. If order is already shipped out, we cannot do a refund. You may also exchange the items for something else, if the next item u request is not available, we will process a store credit for you to use in future without any expiration date.
